Universal Declaration of Human Rights can serve as a framework for librarians and library service

Kathleen de la Pena McCook spoke at The University of North Carolina at Greensoro University Libraries/ LIS Lecture Series. February 11, 2009 Dr. McCook provided an enlightening discussion on how the Universal Declaration of Human Rights can serve as a framework for librarians and library service.

Kathleen teaches the Seminar, "Librarians and Human Rights" at the University of South Florida.
